Pinbox Academy is an online learning site that connects students with professional teachers with over 30 years teaching experience and with a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Guyana. Our courses are based on Primary and Secondary level learning with real time exercises with teachers. Pinbox Academy is an online learning site to consider because it keeps growing and improving contents to best suit those that use the site on a daily basis.
Who is eligible to sign up?
Starting a course with Pinbox Academy, requires no signing up. Anyone can access the courses anytime and anywhere on the site. Once you have chosen a course to start your studying, the instructions are clearly stated by the teacher before every course.
How do you start learning on Pinbox Academy?
We provide learning contents (courses) from levels Primary and Secondary. Each course is prepared with a timetable, module, student’s activity, worksheets and self-assessment test, with clear instructions of how the course is completed by the student.
In addition, Pinbox Academy provides one-time training programs with career developers on a regular basis, follow our accounts on social media to receive updates on those trainings.
Is there a set schedule with Pinbox Academy?
There isn’t! That’s one of the best things about the site. It’s definitely one of those “work and learn anytime and anywhere you want” opportunities. This is great because you can easily work it around any of your other responsibilities.
Am I required to pay tuition fees?
For the convenience and satisfaction of the students, many of the courses provided are free of cost including learning materials. However, Pinbox Academy gives you complete control over how you learn. For some transactions, our site provides the option for you to connect with your tutor in real life and have a one on one learning experience.
Pinbox Academy charges a service fee on the following services provided:
Virtual learning – Connect with your tutor privately (one on one learning).
Mock Exam Prep – Need help to prepare for an exam? We have exams prepared from class activities and modules to prep you in time for your finals.
Training programs – for career developers, we have virtual prep meetings and self-assessment tests to help you along your journey to prepare you for your field of study.
Note that this service fee is to cover operational costs of running the platform.
Payments
Currently, the only international payment option available is PayPal. Local payment within the Academy location is Bank Transfers.
Could you get ripped off using Pinbox Academy?
No. This is because Pinbox Academy accepts the payments from the student after sending a confirmation notification to the student, and then holds it until the student is satisfactorily agreed on terms of agreement on Virtual classes or other training.

17. Termination
