READING Let us read these words with beginning consonant blends.
  1. Blue 
  2. Blake
  3. Block
  4. Blowing
  5. Bleed
  6. Blair
  7. Blood
  8. Black 

Let us read together 

This is Blake. He is an Amerindian boy. He lives on Block X Diamond Housing Scheme. Blake enjoys blowing blue bubbles with his friend, Blair. The boys go to the big pasture to run, play and blow their bubbles. As Blake blows, Blair tries to pop the bubbles. Blair jumps high into the air and he falls to the ground and cuts his knee. The cut bleeds. The blood pours out. The boys hurry home. Mother dresses the cut. Blake gets a cool black Band-Aid. Blair is happy again.

A sentence is group of words which expresses a complete thought. 

The Europeans. Not a sentence. 
The Europeans came from Europe. Sentence 

A sentence usually ends with a full stop. A sentence must give a complete thought and make sense.
